Nicolas Rodriguez owner/chef, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  surrounded  by amazing Chefs in his family, it was only natural for Nicolas to develop a passion for the culinary arts. Growing up in Toronto, which has such a vast cultural diversity, he wanted to create a brand that showcased just that, and thus, The Mac Shack was created.  Breaking boundaries using bold flavours to create unique Mac and cheese dishes.  Come get your mac on!
